After my kids and I had experienced a very traumatic break-in at my old home two years ago, I had to quickly try to find a place to live that they would feel safe and comfortable. While looking at many different apartments all over the valley, when we came to Draper Village, we immediately felt peaceful, safe and welcomed by the very kind office staff.
The apartment buildings are so cute and quaint! The apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious! High ceilings, updated flooring, beautiful kitchens and bathrooms! It feels like we are home hereâ¦
The office staff have always been incredibly kind, friendly and accommodating! Any time I have had any issues, they have been very quick to help me resolve them.
The maintenance staff here is very helpful and incredibly quick to respond and do a great job! The grounds are always kept so nice and clean! They are very particular here about taking care after your pets and they keep the outsides of the buildings very pristine and tidy!
The pool area is beautiful and always well-kept. My kids and I have loved swimming here because there is rarely a lot of people there, and it is very quiet and peaceful. My apartment is right next to the pool and I rarely hear a lot of noise.
When I was diagnosed with MS a year ago, the office staff and manager were VERY helpful and understanding! I was out of work for awhile and they directed me to where I could get help with my rent payments. They have worked with me continuously this past year to communicate and accommodate for any help or concerns. The maintenance staff helped me install a portable shower head and are always helpful in changing our lightbulbs and things that I cannot do myself.
For anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful and safe place to live, Draper Village is #1 in my book! I have lived in other apartments, but this place feels like home. :)
