Nice apartments, but this place will nickel and dime you all over the place. The units are already exorbitantly priced, why the extra charges left and right?

Lived @ Draper Village approx 3.5 years Pros: Staff was extremely nice, pet friendly, convenient location and quick responses to maintenance issues Cons: Internet issues at least once month, gym equipment broken (treadmills will turn off, while running), breezeways were filthy (cleaned maybe twice a year) hot tub only half works and tiles falling off Compared to other ‘luxury’ apartments and cost, Draper Village falls short

Lived @ Draper Village approx 3.5 years Pros: Staff was extremely nice, pet friendly, convenient location and quick responses to maintenance issues Cons: Internet issues at least once month, gym equipment broken (treadmills will turn off, while running), breezeways were filthy (cleaned maybe twice a year) hot tub only half works and tiles falling off Compared to other âluxuryâ apartments and cost, Draper Village falls short

My daughter with my 2 grandkids moved there and from our first visit the expert was impeccable. The office was very well cleaned, the agent that help us was very well welcomed, we feel at home. All complex area was very well maintained and the unit was the best apartment we have seen. The kitchen is like a house kitchen, the rooms are big, the appliances are new and great, I love visiting my family!!!

Okay here is my honest review after living here for a little over 18 months. The apartments are nice, there is something nice about the style and I love the fire place. We lived on the third floor so we had a high ceiling and a nice view. The construction of the apartments is not the best, we could hear our neighbors when they went to the bathroom, when they washed their clothes and even when they watched television (and we didn't have a neighbor upstairs). But generally the community is quiet and safe. The internet was horrible, we complained many times, we couldn't even watch youtube, it was too slow and we had to pay extra internet from another company to have decent internet. The management at draper village is super nice - they will try to help you as much as you can. if you have an issue, they have a texting ? system, they keep you up to date and reply emails fast and calls. We could see the management improvement over the time we lived there - we didn’t have any security around the area and they just hired a security company. If you want parking, you have to pay for it... unless you park on those open spaces and after 5 pm is really hard to find parking.. we had random people parking at our paid parking several times and it was pretty annoying - they finally placed the towing company number at the entrance for when this happens. I guess the 4 stars are mostly to the management at draper village. The only reason I don’t do 5 stars is because the internet is really bad (we even got our own router from Best Buy thinking that could help and the internet company came twice to “fix” the issue but to be honest, the internet company draper village uses sucks!)- FYI / they do have lots of fees- so rent is actually a lot more than they say it is, make sure to ask for those fees and double check with them- check with them more than once. We asked for our prorated month’s rent ahead of time and they actually “forgot” to include the fees so our last rents payment was a “surprise”- you actually have extra fees on top of your regular fees. Other than that - management improved a lot since we first moved in there. The apartments are nice ?? and the community is good ? internet sucks! Lots of extra fees on top of your rent.
