The unit that I am staying in is relatively quiet and the neighbors are generally friendly. The appliances in my unit are noisy, but functional. The only major frustration I have is that they do not have the best signs for delivery vehicles and I typically get 1-2 packages misdelivered a month to the same apt # but in another building in the complex. They should try to improve the signage for these units so make deliveries easier/more accurate. Things have been misdelivered from Amazon, FedEx, UPS, doordash and grubhub so it's clearly a problem for more than one delivery driver so better signs would improve my rating here.

Pros: friendly staff, quick service requests, decent space. Cons: bad ant problems, horrible WiFi (look up how Vicidiem cuts costs and you’ll understand why), and the management company will nickel and dime you for everything they can think of.

We had stuff stolen from our garage. We again had stuff stolen from the truck when we were moving out of there. Everyone we knew there had their cars broken into and stuff stolen. We also observed several fights between other residents. Management is aware of the situation but does not seem to do anything about it.
