We had to wait a couple days for our washer to be looked at but the complex communicated well and once the repair man arrived, he was very friendly and fixed our issue in less than 30 minutes. I’m so grateful to have them as a resource as I know they will take good care of us.

The apartments and property are attractive although the rent is a bit expensive to me. I live in a house where my mortgage is half of what rent is in new apartments. I visited a friend who lives in the apartments.

Fantastic and responsive customer service. Great support for maintenance issues. Nice apartments interiors at a very convenient location. Only complaint is that the floors are thin and you will hear more than you want to hear from your neighbors above and below (and they from you).
