I have lived in these apartments the last year, and am moving out next week. The inside of the apartments are very nice and new which has been great. However, the last four months of living here my husband and I have come home to the inside of our apartment smelling like marijuana over a dozen times. We have tried to talk with management about the problem, and they just keep saying to call and tell them the next time it happens. So obviously nothing is being done. Also, because of the problem we tried to ask them to get out of our contract two months early (our contract goes through May), but they were unwilling to let us do so. It has gotten so bad that we are moving to a new place and paying double rent for the next two months just to get out of here. In other words, if you want your apartment to smell like weed once a week, this is a great place to live.
