I lived here for several years. I do believe the leasing / rental agents do a great job. Our air conditioner went out over a week ago. It was extremely...

Garage door opener was not functional. Request for maintenance was easy and the fix/repair was fast!

I am a current resident, and while I do like my apartment, I have the following "cons" about living here: - My rent + fees. Had I known about the ridiculous amount of fees added on to each month of rent, I'd never have moved in. Please note that my "actual" rent is a reasonable $1159/ mo. However, I have my autopay set to $1415 and it's still not enough to cover all of the additional, changing fees each month! I've never lived in a state where they could legally force you to pay for cable that you don't want (dish with no dvr, why bother?), incredibly unpredictable internet (great for when I work from home), and the complex's property taxes (seriously??? WTH?) - I hear everything my upstairs neighbors do. I can hear it if their phone vibrates, that's insane. - The parking is so bad, that people are parking on the sidewalks. And management doesn't seem to care that you can't back out of your $20 parking spot because someone decided to park on the sidewalk behind your spot. - The dog poop. Do not step in the grass here. Renting in Utah flat out sucks, but I thought that the office had been honest when they told me the price of rent with the "media package". Then I started getting billing for a bunch of things that were included with rent in every other state I've lived in. The problem is, where can you find a place that isn't screwing you over these days? I'd move there in a heartbeat!

The staff and residents here are wonderful, and the units are gorgeous.

Enjoyed living there for the short time that I did. Whenever something was not working it would be fixed the same day.

WiFi is unacceptable, the worst! Garbage dumpsters are never maintained, they allow tenants to throw mattresses, furniture boxes etc... Sprinklers are always leaking and misdirected, definitely will leave hard water deposits on your vehicle. Management is completely oblivious to tenant needs (not wants); needs! It’s not close to a luxury apartment community, my vehicle has been stolen once and hit as well. They need security! Brad Reynolds do you care about your tenants? The WiFi has been out for two days, some people pay you by working from home, we shouldn’t have to use our hot spots on our mobile phones. THE WIFI IS THE VERY WORST, NEVER EVER UP TO SPEED. THIS PLACE IS GOING TO BE REPORTED TO THE STATE, CITY AND COUNTY!
