WiFi is unacceptable, the worst! Garbage dumpsters are never maintained, they allow tenants to throw mattresses, furniture boxes etc... Sprinklers are always leaking and misdirected, definitely will leave hard water deposits on your vehicle. Management is completely oblivious to tenant needs (not wants); needs! It’s not close to a luxury apartment community, my vehicle has been stolen once and hit as well. They need security! Brad Reynolds do you care about your tenants? The WiFi has been out for two days, some people pay you by working from home, we shouldn’t have to use our hot spots on our mobile phones. THE WIFI IS THE VERY WORST, NEVER EVER UP TO SPEED. THIS PLACE IS GOING TO BE REPORTED TO THE STATE, CITY AND COUNTY!

Maintenance requests were fulfilled in a timely manner and the office personnel were always great to work with. The community is friendly but not nosy. Not much insulation between the 2nd and 3rd floor and if the two little track stars above me didn't have a bedtime I might've been upset about it. All in all, good experience and recommend a 3rd floor apt.

Draper village is a great location and the apartments look really nice. I am giving it 3 stars because the apartments are built very cheap. They are poorly insulated, very loud, and things tend to break pretty easily. I never had a problem with the office people they seemed pretty nice. Honestly it is a great place for a single couple with no kids but if you have a small family look into something else.

To date, this is the only negative review I've ever written. I received a notice on my car, letting me know that it would be towed if I did not update my expired vehicle registration (admittedly my bad.) I registered my car online, but knew that my car was still at risk of being towed until my tags arrived. I emailed the proof of my current registration to the office, and have confirmation that they received it. I asked that they notify the towing company that my car be spared until my tags arrived. My car was towed from my covered spot (where no one else is even allowed to park,) and I paid $250 to retrieve it. I spoke with the office and they were completely apathetic. They claim that they were able to print my registration for me to pick up, (I normally don't even make it home before the office is closed,) but that calling the towing company was somehow too difficult. Calling was somehow "out of their hands." Knowing full well and holding proof that my car is legally registered, they did not see any type of moral obligation to refund the money I paid to retrieve my car which was towed by a company in their employ. I was transparent with them, letting them know that this was upsetting enough to me that without a refund, I will not renew my lease for a third year. They were unbothered. I have been a respectful, cheerful, happy tenant for 2 years; paying rent on time and following all of the guidelines the complex requires. In my eyes, any management team that would trade a tenant like that for $250 has disappointing priorities. Live somewhere else. Also, excruciatingly slow internet. Tenants constantly let their dogs run wild off leash and no one does anything about it. Love the maintenance team - no shade on them.
