Had a minor issue where I needed maintenance to come by. I submitted a request in the evening. It was repaired in less than 24 hrs. Very impressed and happy I have an upscale apt with a maintenance crew keeping it all functioning seamlessly.

Would give negative stars if possible. At first glance these apartments are nice, and they have a nice pool and gym like every 5 star review from people who haven’t lived here or have for a short time have said. (I’ve lived here nearly a year) I’ve put in maintenance requests and no one has fixed anything despite multiple requests and emails, they say they handle any maintenance needs yet don’t even respond to your requests or simply tell you they’ll get to it and never do. They charged us for something that never happened, and we have proof of that. Management is terrible and the employee that’s currently working here is rude and impersonal/unprofessional. The manager herself is unaccommodating and unhelpful. We were lied to about what charges are included in rent, what we’ll be paying on top of rent, etc. They make you pay for their real estate tax, a CAM fee, internet and cable is $115 for crappy WiFi and the cheapest cable package you can get, that we don’t even use but are forced to pay for. We were told parking is included in rent, but were getting charged $15 for it until I dug through our lease to prove to them that nowhere in there does it say we’ll be paying for it. If they say your lease is $1000, expect to be paying closer to $1300 BEFORE gas and electric. The windows are thin and you can here everyone outside/they can hear you. Terribly built to the point that our baseboards are about a quarter inch above the floor, and after wiping them down with a damp paper towel to clean them, the paint chipped off. Which I assume they’ll charge us an insane amount for upon move out. We have three garages below us and it’s like they didn’t even try to sound proof/insulate anything, extremely loud and annoying every time someone opens/closes them. Overall this is the worst place we’ve ever lived, and if they didn’t charge the rest of your leases rent PLUS $3000 to move out early, we would be out of here yesterday. (They made it very clear that if they can rent out your place before your lease is up, you don’t have to pay the rest of it, however it would be the last thing on their priority list/on the back burner and they’d try to rent every other place before yours, making you pay anyway) the parking is terrible and the people who have a garage and a parking stall behind their garage don’t even use that and opt to park in open parking, taking up all the spaces that the rest of us need to use. The A/C and furnace are herendously loud and you can’t even hear a tv or anything over it. Expect absolutely no storage if you move into a one bedroom, except one shelf in the laundry room and a pantry. This place also seems to collect so much dust which is somehow sticky, no matter how often you clean your entire house. As mentioned in previous reviews, trash is always overflowing, dog feces everywhere, and poorly built apartments. Definitely NOT worth it for the space you get compared to what you pay.
