Apartments are beautiful and spacious, price is kind of high for Utah. They force you to take part in their monthly internet/cable which is frustrating considering we’re paying for cable that we don’t even watch and the internet is super slow. Biggest complaint about living here is the dog feces everywhere and how no one even leashes their dogs. The management continues to send out notices but doesn’t take any action so it’s pretty disgusting when you take a walk around the area.
