If I wasnât moving out of state for work, my husband and I would have stayed in that apartment until we bought a house in the future. We first found the complex while it was still being built. We were living in an apartment at another complex where we could hear everyone beside, above or below us and it drove us nuts. We met Jade who gave us a tour and immediately we fell in love. It didnât feel like and apartment, it felt like a home. We lived on the top floor in a corner unit with the most amazing views. Not to mention the nice countertops and appliances. I also am a fan of the white cabinetry and the gorgeous fireplace in the living room. We were so lucky to live there for the 14 months and truly, if I wasnât moving to Oregon right now I would have stayed an indeterminable amount of time. Thanks Draper Village for making the last year amazing and we will miss you!!!! ð FYI our apartment opens up in August if you want the dream experience we had.

Sorry to say this place deserves a one star... Unfortunately was trapped/locked in my apartment with the dead bolt frozen shut. This apartment was less than a year old and the lock has been installed poorly, I even gave my key to a neighbor outside by way of balcony and he was still unable to open the dead bolt from the outside. It took over an hour for building maintenance to respond to my phone calls causing me to be late for a new job. I later found out from management that they didn't take my calls and voice mails seriously and thought I was "prank calling them" I received no apology, no discount on rent or compensation of any kind. Maintenance finally showed up to disassemble the lock from the outside. No above insulation between top floor and second floor, foot steps were extremely loud. If you consider living here the top floor is the only way you have quiet from foot steps however the top floor is un reasonably priced as well as the one bedroom being overpriced at near $1300 a month not including gas and power. Bi annual maintenance inspections occur when management enters your apartment with only an impolite written notice that they will enter at any time within a 3 day period no appointments allowed... I was charged a $150 late fee once for being a day past dead line even though the rent check was printed and dated on time. Just overall dissatisfied with how I was treated living here, felt as though Draper village only cared about making money instead of taking care of the resident. I was charged over $250 in move out cleaning fees and for drip pans? (1 yr old apt) I understand I signed a contract but if I could go back I would not have signed a lease with Draper Village.
