Would highly recommend NOT to live here. This place is a joke. We just moved out and they sent a move-out bill for almost $3,000 due to "Damages" when asked to elaborate about said damages I was told it was because the refrigerator had to be replaced. Which was surprising because it was working just fine not to long before we moved out. We was told that the "Doors" had to be replaced because there was minor "scratches" but yet I have a picture of the refrigerator at move in over 2 years prior and the pictures they sent me and the one I have look damn near identical. There was even 4-5 big deep dents in the refrigerator before at move in... They charged $1218 to have new doors for the refrigerator.... which mind you didn't have any major damage at all and it work perfectly fine. If that wasnt enough then they proceeded to charged us $450 for a full repaint of the apartment. Even though in THEIR lease it clearly states that as long as the resident resides with them for at least 24 months (We lived here for almost 25 months) that there would be NO CHARGES incured. But yet they tried to charges us $450 for a full repaint that they stated in the lease I signed and that THEY signed and agreed too. So we're being charged an extra $1650 for nothing really and they don't want to acknowledge the lease agreement that we both signed and agreed on. Already looking for legal recourse. This place is just money hungry at all costs. *Photos attached below*

I have had a fantastic experience with Sydney Dais, the property manager. She is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to address any issues or concerns Iâve had. Whether itâs maintenance requests, lease questions, or just general communication, Sydney & her staff make sure everything is handled promptly and professionally. The property is always well-maintained, and I feel valued as a tenant. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartments but have terrible insulation so expect your utility bill to be high. OVERPRICED. Not worth the money you spend on rent. Management is constantly changing and staff is young and not great at problem solving. Staff is not knowledgeable about what companies they utilize and provide incorrect information. They also do not follow up on messages left. I have been told a manager would call me back and it's been over a month and no call back and it's been a week since I left a voice message. I figured out my answers and have called at varying times when I could while at work until I was able to speak to someone. Even though office hours are until 6 PM, it's nearly a guarantee you won't catch someone within 10 minutes of closing. I work during the office hours and have to rely on calling. It has been nothing but a frustrating experience living here. Loved the amount of storage but management sucks and pricing is not worth it in my opinion. Parking is a joke. People park their trailers in available community parking stalls. They do not have designated motorcycle/bike parking so 2-3 community stalls will be occupied by a motorcycle/bike that can be easily parked in a single stall to accommodate 3 but instead, 2-3 stalls are taken up by a bike. I have had to park in a "future resident" stall overnight to be able to park in the apartment complex that I live in. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Pros: -Gorgeous landscape at the front entrance and walkway to Clubhouse -Pool stayed open past Labor Day -Maintenance inside apartment is handled professionally and efficiently. -Friendly office staff. Cetera is great and quite efficient. Cons: -Other management has changed and action is not behind emails to follow through on property concerns. -Moved here almost six months ago and the property is filled with dead trees and plants. No changes, whatsoever, and winter is near. -Nearly all the old men living on property refuse to leash their dogs. -Hallway lighting is obnoxious and attracts huge mosquitoes. Why canât we just use the lights that actually have a switch in our apartment? It would also lessen our electric bill. -Property management permits broken down vehicles in parking lot for 3 months, so far. Is this a junkyard, or Draper? We pay $175-200/monthly for CAM (Community Area Maintenance). Where is my money going? Overpriced for what you get. -Gym is quite dated. No free weights either. -Locks on exterior doors are key and not digital. -Canât wash bedspreads in washer. Not large enough. -Outdated appliances -No icemakers -Overrunning sprinklers are killing landscape, habits for animals, wasting water, etc. No progress made since May. Disappointed.

I loved Draper Village. We rented here for multiple years because we liked our apartment so much and the neighbors around us were remarkable quiet for an apartment. The only issue was one neighbor that blasted his music but the management was on top of it and got it handled! I was really impressed with how quick they were to act. The community overall has a lot of nice people and the office staff and maintenance has been great. No complex is perfect but this was my favorite I've rented from over the years.
