I'm filling this out because I received an email asking for reviews. They attempted to send good reviewers to google(4 or 5 stars), and have bad reviewers send personal non-public feedback. Note for people looking to move here: They told us parking is optional, but it isn't. It is $15 a month for that covered parking spot. The media package is also not optional. It is $100 and gives you cable and internet. Pros: Nice apartments. We live in a 1 bedroom and find it very sufficient for our needs. Has nice utilities. Big open courtyard is nice. Pool and hot tub are nice. Been here for a year and have only had 1 maintenance issue. They fixed it the next day. Internet is great. I see other reviews saying the wifi sucks, I use my own router and have never had issues. Get 90 down and up. Price is pretty good for the size and area. Can walk to a lot of places. Cons: There are no dog bag dispensers at the back of the property or in the middle area. If you really want people to clean up after their dogs, make it easier for them. It would also be nice if there were trash bins in the middle area. Please tell the trash trucks to stop coming at 7 am on a Saturday. Please. The areas around the dumpsters are disgusting. Parking is sort of an issue. There is never room for guests any time after 6 or so. You have a rather large grass area on the north end of the place that could be turned into some more parking. Not like it serves a purpose as is. The AC sounds like a hurricane when it comes on. We have to turn it off often when we watch tv. Dust in the apartment is like.. sticky. Makes it a pain to clean. No idea why, probably something with the ac system. Being on the 2nd floor, there are 3 garages directly under you that people use as front doors. I've kinda gotten used to it by now, but was really annoying at the start. We have hot water issues in the morning if we shower too late. I think because we are sharing a water heater with next door.

I have lived here for over a year and loved my experience so much that I renewed my lease. The neighbors are nice, it's a great facility if you have dogs, and the pool and gym are nice features.

I lived at Draper Village for 8 months in 2017. (I understand that I signed a year contract and so I ended up paying for 12 months because I moved into a home early. No problem.) However, when I left I had approximately a $500 balance and I only got approx. $150 of that back. No pets. No other tenants. Apartment was spic and span when I left. (I even cleaned the blinds, man.) I requested a detail of the expenditures post move out date and they committed to send it within the week. I still haven't received any accounting of where my money went. Managers changed 3 times while I was there. Not great and wouldn't recommend despite nice location and apartments - just because of management.

Apartments are good i am living here last three months as of now looks ok ! but management is not honest they dont provide all expense information upfront it come to us surprice so i am suggesting before leasing ask for CAM fee which will come a surprice in our statement between $25 to $ 40 in addition of your sewar and trash each month. I am not sure now a days i see many people are moving out from the community.i have couple of issues in apartment and told office too its week now noone came to see the issue yet.i belive management should make a great bonding with tenant sitting by office and operating from there will not work for longterm . I may plan move out once my lease is over it will all depends how the next couple of months works here.
