I would give it a negative point if I could. I feel so lucky that I do not live here. I can't believe I am writing a review like this, but this happened to me. Today I came in as a potential future resident and was blown away by how rude the staff was towards me. In addition to a lot of attitude, I was also denied the right to view available units. The girl working in the leasing office told me there were available units and available model homes, but she would NOT show them to me, no reason why, not even trying to sound nice. She did not even try to bother explaining to me the pricing. I feel like I'm being discriminated against because I'm not white? Staff are a representation of management. The staff that works here needs to learn how to better speak with clients. The staff member was not even trying to be nice towards me. I didn't know how to respond when I was denied service. The employee smiled as I left defeated, how terrible! I will not be coming back here ever.

I have enjoyed living here. The apartment is great and I haven't had any problems with the apartment itself. Parking is a nightmare though! So if you don't mind living somewhere where you aren't sure if your guaranteed a spot this is your place. Some apartments come with garages but the people that have them done use them properly! It's so frustrating. They take up the unreserved for the people like me that don't get two spots. This issue has been brought up to management several times but nothing has been resolved. When it starts snowing this issue is going to get worse. I think everybody that has a covered spot should automatically get a reserved open spot. Just like how the people with garages get two. Anything else should be first come first serve. Sick of having to fight my garage neighbors for parking.

Reading through some of these reviews it's interesting to see the perspective of some individuals. These apartments are extremely nice and likely fall into the 'luxury apartment' category. With that being said, some people need to realize that they are still renting an apartment, and not a Ritz Carlton. The apartments are very well built. I have never heard any of my neighbors. My wife and I have been with Draper Village for just over a year now and have been very pleased with our experience since day one. The management has been very easy to work with and extremely responsive. I have yet to have a question go unanswered in more than 24 hours. Your experience might not be perfect. In fact, if I had to give a rating on 0-10 based on our experience here, I would probably rate it at a 8.5 or 9/10. Which in comparison to other experiences my wife and I have had that's pretty dang good. I would highly recommend Draper Village to anyone.

This is a beautiful property! Everyone is so friendly especially Wade. Every time we go to the office we feel very welcomed. Wade always makes sure to do everything in his power to help you. Love it here!
