Draper Village Apartments are not a good place to live. Yes it looks like a very nice place to live, however there were multiple issues that made my stay an entire nightmare. This apartment complex was built very quickly, making issues with the structure of the buildings. Only half of my outlets in the entire apartment were working. We let the management know so they could fix the situation, and they never did. We lived there for almost an entire year. Also, the walls are not built soundproof at all. You can hear people walking, people talking, and there was always so much noise and never any privacy. That is a terrible living environment. We were also promised that on our move out day, we would not be needing to pay for the following month's rent. We were told this was covered for two entire months, since we would not be there. We also paid an additional fee prior to us moving out a little early. On the last day that rent was due, we were informed that their promise to us was not kept whatsoever. They are now making us pay rent for the remaining two months when we already paid an additional fee prior, and had already made sure that we did not owe anything else numerous times to moving out. We had tried to prevent a situation like this from happening, yet they made sure that it did. Terribly built apartment complex, terrible stay, and even more terrible property management to allow such things to happen to great customers who were so loyal.

If you don't care about your privacy this should be a good place for you. It seems nice and clean at a first glance but as you live here problems pop up every day. 1. AC, Dishwasher, and refrigerator make such noise that you would not want to stay in your living room. AC especially, it's like tractors in your apartment. When you make a comment they would reply what do you expect it is an apartment. I am guessing that's just because they bought the cheapest option possible. 2. Your weekends will start either with sound of grass cutter at 7 AM or the management will decide to turn on music near the pool. We have asked 3 times to turn off the music, because we do not want to hear their music in our apartment and the response from the management was it's part of the deal. Not sure which deal it is to listen to music in your apartment when you sleep or work from home, pretty sure not in the contract . 3. The door locks are super cheap, anybody can break your house by just playing with the lock, we usually use garage to enter and exit the house, but after using the door couple of times it is loose. 4. Occasionally you will get flyers on your door with statements that seems the management yells at you, they never ask if everything is ok or if we have any feedback. 5. There are trash cans for recycling but people throw regular trash, have not seen a single comment about that in flyers. 6. You pay 100$ for multimedia package but internet is constantly slow especially in the evenings.
