If you don't care about your privacy this should be a good place for you. It seems nice and clean at a first glance but as you live here problems pop up every day. 1. AC, Dishwasher, and refrigerator make such noise that you would not want to stay in your living room. AC especially, it's like tractors in your apartment. When you make a comment they would reply what do you expect it is an apartment. I am guessing that's just because they bought the cheapest option possible. 2. Your weekends will start either with sound of grass cutter at 7 AM or the management will decide to turn on music near the pool. We have asked 3 times to turn off the music, because we do not want to hear their music in our apartment and the response from the management was it's part of the deal. Not sure which deal it is to listen to music in your apartment when you sleep or work from home, pretty sure not in the contract . 3. The door locks are super cheap, anybody can break your house by just playing with the lock, we usually use garage to enter and exit the house, but after using the door couple of times it is loose. 4. Occasionally you will get flyers on your door with statements that seems the management yells at you, they never ask if everything is ok or if we have any feedback. 5. There are trash cans for recycling but people throw regular trash, have not seen a single comment about that in flyers. 6. You pay 100$ for multimedia package but internet is constantly slow especially in the evenings.

Pros- -Ashley/Xavier in management are very friendly and helpful. -apartments are nice and modern -dog friendly -excellent location Cons- -Parking is a nightmare if you have any friends over.
