Apartments are nice. Former management last year was awesome (angel) manager for 3 years. Helped me transition to another apartment with no additional costs! After that⦠my whole car was stolen (totaled), 800 dollars worth of tools taken out the back of my work truck because they wouldn't replace a street light. Motorcycle battery stolen and custom seat. They wonât get cameras because of liability⦠when i decided to buy a house and not move apartments they charged me for everything they didnât before. they charged me for mounting tvs into drywall at an exaggerated price, and having pets that will be pets even though i pay for the pet each month (former project manager) after three years of loyalty⦠charges equated to a full monthâs rent on the dot. so they got their money while they found another tenant. Itâs almost humorous. Moral of the story find somewhere thatâs not boujee u till you get a house!
