I have lived here almost a year and have no complaints, the property always looks beautiful and the office staff is amazing, the apartments are beautiful and spacious, I love that we have an attached garage!

Overall the apartment quality is really bad. The sound insulation is so bad that there is no personal privacy (even the sound of breathing can be heard clearly)

Super expensive apartments, a condominium that does not benefit from any leisure area that closes very early â¦. a super expensive internet that doesn't work that can't be canceled because there's a policy that binds you to have high expenses â¦â¦ I don't recommend a motel one year and I don't recommend itâ¦.. Pros: friendly staff, quick service requests, decent space. The women who work in the office are even ruder with service as if you were a rent debtor when you go there to ask something directly from you that you are paying to liveâ¦â¦ never help solve our problems
