Big shoutout to the maintenance crew at Draper Village. Destiny and Curtis were incredibly efficient and professional while working in my apartment. The repairs were completed much faster than I expected, and with no hassle. Very much appreciated.

They are simply collecting peoples application fees and falsely saying you are not “approved at this time”. Absolute scam. Casey straight up told me she doesn’t answer numbers she doesn’t recognize. They know they don’t want certain people moving in so they waste your time, collect their money and don’t answer their phones. Incredibly unprofessional, will be reporting to BBB.

My husband and I moved in here. It is so extremely over priced. The staff are all very snobby. Every time we had an issue it was a fight. Then we went to move out and they are trying to charge us for utilities the month AFTER we moved out. They also didn’t include any of our deposit. We tried to communicate this to them, but they are extremely argumentative and continue to threaten us with collections. We have so much proof that we owe nothing. I’m sick and tired of big businesses that take advantage of hard working people. Don’t move here.
