Lived here for almost 2 years and loved it! Great place to live, very quiet for the location. Near a lot of shops for convenience, very dog friendly (though there is often dog poop in the grass) the complex tries to encourage cleaning up after your dogs. The pool is nice and hot tub is amazing. They keep up on the maintenance for the grounds and the pool very well. No bugs were ever found inside my apartment and the only bugs on the grounds I saw were some ants. Loved the fun door decorating competitions and prizes. They always had fun activities going on. The neighbors were nice. Packages are often delivered to the wrong door here but the office was always helpful in letting you know if a package was given to them from a neighbor. Had a neighbor smoking weed, told the complex and it was taken care of right away and wasnât a problem ever again. The rent was average price for the area and we would move back if we were in the area again. Got our whole deposit back as well! Didnât expect that after we hung up pictures. Was very happy even after move out.
