My daughter with my 2 grandkids moved there and from our first visit the expert was impeccable. The office was very well cleaned, the agent that help us was very well welcomed, we feel at home. All complex area was very well maintained and the unit was the best apartment we have seen. The kitchen is like a house kitchen, the rooms are big, the appliances are new and great, I love visiting my family!!!

Just visited one friend's apartment, but it was lovely. The complex is great from the outside and has a nice atmosphere.

The units are well built, everything works great, and you really can't hear any of your neighbors. I think they added extra space between units so you can't hear your neighbors moving around near as much. The apartment complex was always well maintained and if there were any issues you had they were on it quick. It was a great rental experience, I was sad to move.

I have been living here for almost 4 years And it really has been very happy moments, it is lived very well and the staff in the office like the manager Laura are excellent, very kind people and they are always willing to help you and they always see all the things you need. Maintenance has been Great with taking great care of fixing or replacing appliances very quickly when there's a problem! It's hard not to have a wash machine to use or a dishwasher not working. Thank you guys for making life easier!

This has been our home close to 4 years now. That is a long time but it is hard to leave comfort, a wonderful office staff and maintenance staff & a great Draper location. We hope to buy a house that fits us soon but until that happens, we are perfectly happy where we are.

Very comfortable stay with amazing facilities. Good staff to attend to every need. Has been an amazing period since I have moved out of a single family home.
